Hi! I'm Max, and I am the founding member of the Slave Life community. I want to welcome you into this community of people passionate about Jesus Christ and deeply desire his return.

I send weekly updates with links to several articles or resources, many of which I have written myself. Sometimes, I may also include resources such as podcasts, books, videos, and sermons I found the previous week.

The goal of Slave Life is to acknowledge the lordship of Jesus Christ in everything we do and to encourage and exhort others to live as Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords and that the King is coming soon.

The MARANATHA message is foundational to the content we produce. We explore what it means to live as if Jesus came once to rescue the dead and dying unto salvation and is coming again soon for his inheritance.

These beliefs should change the way we live. Do you, as a believer in Jesus Christ, live as though Jesus came once to save you and is coming again soon? If you believe this is true, what changes do you need to make in your life?

The mandate for Slave Life is to exhort believers to live what they claim to believe. If you believe Jesus Christ is the Jewish Messiah, live as if you believe it. If you believe Jesus' words that he is returning, live as if you believe it.

Exalting Jesus 'til He splits the sky

Because Jesus is who he says he is, we as believers must say, "Come, Lord, Jesus!" We should exalt Jesus as King until he comes.

This community is about beckoning and calling for the return of Jesus and identifying the areas in our lives where Jesus is not yet King. He will rule and reign over all the earth, and we will reign with him. As the redeemed citizens of his kingdom, we proclaim him as King where we are until he comes.
